The A-DQ(ZN)B2Y (Z-XOTKtsdDb) single-mode outdoor reinforced fiber optic cable is fully dielectric, with a lightweight multi-tube construction and glass fiber for rodent protection. It is highly flexible, resistant to pulling, and UV radiation. Each tube containing optical fibers is filled with a hydrophobic gel to protect the fibers from moisture penetration. The cable tubes are twisted around a central strength member (FRP). Additionally, the cable can be equipped with a ripcord to allow the cable's outer sheath to be cut. Designed for outdoor installation in primary and secondary telecommunication conduits, using mechanical (pulling) and pneumatic (blowing) methods.
