PRZEMYSŁAW HOŁOZUBIEC
Associated with designing FTTH solutions for residential buildings at Orange since 2017. He joined the C&C Partners team in May 2020 as a project specialist — on a daily basis he supports designers with his experience. A practitioner in the field of access control systems, intruder and hold-up alarm systems, CCTV and intercom communication. In his private life, he is passionate about music and everything related to it — an enthusiast of musical instruments, open to a wide variety of genres. His greatest strengths are dedication to the tasks entrusted to him, a constant drive for development and strong communication skills, which are undoubtedly reflected in the training sessions he conducts.
BARTOSZ JUSKOWIAK
A graduate with a Master's degree in marketing and sales, and an engineer in process management. He has been with C&C Partners since the beginning of his professional career. Currently, as Product Manager, he is responsible for the development, technical support and quality control of the MMC (Multimedia Connect) structured cabling system. He specialises in issues related to the design, installation, certification and commissioning of structured cabling systems. On a daily basis, he supports the sales department, designers, installers and business partners in the selection and implementation of MMC solutions. As a member of the C&C Partners training team, he conducts technical training for designers and installers, combining product knowledge with a practical approach to project delivery. In his private life, he is passionate about motorsport and new technologies.
REMIGIUSZ KAŁMUCZAK
A graduate with a Master's degree in Automation and Robotics from Poznań University of Technology. During his engineering studies, he began an internship at C&C Partners, which allowed him to get acquainted with the systems within the company's offer at an early stage. Throughout his professional career at C&C, he has gained hands-on knowledge through the implementation of various systems across small, large and very large projects. He has completed countless engineering, design and installation training courses. His knowledge is continuously expanded through numerous technical training sessions conducted by the manufacturers of our solutions, confirmed by a wide range of certificates. He currently holds the position of Head of the Implementation Department, which carries out many non-standard functions of individual systems.
PRZEMYSŁAW KAŹMIERCZAK
He has been continuously associated with C&C Partners for over 20 years. True to his background as an engineer and graduate of Electronics at Wrocław University of Technology, he has been responsible for the technical implementation of C&C solutions — particularly security systems — from the very beginning of his career. From 2012, he managed the Implementation Department before taking on responsibility for the development of the Support and Service Department. He has built his practical skills through participation in numerous training courses, but above all through an enormous number of implementations across a wide variety of projects both in Poland and abroad. He is an expert in access control, intruder alarm systems, CCTV, as well as intercoms and VoIP. Currently, as Product Manager in the security systems department, he oversees the development and introduction of new solutions and products. As a practitioner, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients through presentations and training sessions on security systems.
ADAM KONIECZNY
Associated with the low-voltage market since 2007. A specialist and practitioner in the field of CCTV systems, access control, intruder and hold-up alarm systems, and intercom communication. On a daily basis, he supports designers with his experience. He has participated in projects such as: the implementation of a surveillance system at the Municipal Stadium in Kraków (Wisła Kraków), security systems for Wrocław University of Technology, and voice communication systems for tunnels in Laliki, Katowice and Gliwice.
ADAM KOZŁOWSKI
He has been working at C&C Partners since January 2015, currently as a Service Specialist in the Support and Service Department. By education, he is a computer science engineer with a specialisation in telecommunication network design and management. Adam's interests include IT, new technologies, sport and automotive. Customer support and new technical challenges are his driving force in day-to-day work.
MAREK CHWALISZEWSKI
A qualified IT Technician. Associated with the company since 2024, from the very beginning of his work he has focused on the implementation and operation of security systems, in particular PSIM-class solutions and CCTV systems. He has built his professional experience by participating in numerous infrastructure projects, including implementations for the railway sector and high-security facilities such as correctional institutions. He shares his knowledge through PSIM system training sessions, delivered to both end users and installers.
LESZEK SCHMIDT
He skillfully shares his knowledge by conducting training sessions and workshops, during which participants appreciate both the depth of his expertise and his excellent ability to communicate it. He has been associated with C&C Partners since 2008. He began his career as an Implementation and Service Specialist, then developed as a Product Manager, and currently serves as Department Head. He has accumulated extensive experience working in the security systems industry across PSIM, SMS, access control, intruder alarm systems, VoIP, intercom, VMS, CCTV, fire alarm and public address systems. He has had the pleasure of implementing and integrating security systems in numerous projects both in Poland and abroad. He has designed security systems, co-led software development projects, and written, sold and deployed his own applications. In addition, he continuously oversees the introduction of new products into the company's portfolio and maintains direct contact with international suppliers.
TOMASZ SMOCZYK
Associated with C&C Partners since 2008. He began his career as an Implementation and Service Specialist and currently holds the position of Product Manager. He has over a decade of experience in the security systems industry and practical expertise in PSIM, SMS, access control, intruder alarm systems, VoIP, intercom, VMS and CCTV systems. He has implemented and integrated security systems in numerous projects both in Poland and abroad. His achievements include designing security systems, introducing new products and solutions into the C&C portfolio, and leading software development projects. He has written several of his own applications, which have been sold and deployed on the Polish market. For many years, he has been sharing his extensive knowledge through training sessions and workshops.
TOMASZ STREHL
A computer science engineer with a specialisation in information systems security. Associated with C&C Partners since 2016, he has been active in the IT industry for 20 years, continuously expanding his knowledge. From the very beginning of his time at C&C Partners, he has specialised in project management and the configuration of building automation systems, integrating modern security solutions with infrastructure management systems. He is currently responsible for implementing IT systems in the area of building security, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm systems, PSIM and parking systems. An experienced technical trainer, he passionately shares his expertise in systems integration, device programming, technical diagnostics and process optimisation.
PIOTR ROSZKOWSKI
Associated with the low-voltage market since 2006. During his early years, he gained experience in the design and implementation department at Ostoya Data System — Gdańsk's talent forge. He has been with C&C since 2012 as a Project Specialist. A practitioner in the design of CCTV systems, access control, intruder and hold-up alarm systems, and intercom communication. On a daily basis, he supports designers with his experience. He has participated in projects such as: the Integrated Security Systems for Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna; Security Systems at Pogoń Szczecin Stadium; and Security Systems for the University of Gdańsk — the Faculties of Neophilology, Biotechnology and Computer Science.
ŁUKASZ ZOK
A graduate of the State University of Applied Sciences with a degree in computer science, specialising in IT in management. Associated with the company since 2019 as an Implementation Specialist. He holds numerous certificates, including those related to the C&C Partners product portfolio. His several years of project experience feeds directly into the training sessions he conducts for clients using VDG Sense and iProtect systems. His project portfolio includes implementations such as the EEP Factory in Rawicz, the Museum in Gdańsk, the Museum in Lednica, and the Court in Racibórz.
PIOTR JARZYNA
A qualified IT Technician, always connected to computers and technology in the broadest sense. With C&C since May 2017 in the role of Implementation Specialist. He specialises primarily in CCTV systems, and through numerous completed projects has also gained expertise in access control, PSIM and intruder alarm systems, among others. Between projects, he actively participates in the development and localisation of existing products in collaboration with their manufacturers.
ŁUKASZ URBANIAK
A graduate of Poznań University of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Associated with C&C Partners since 2017 as a Project Specialist in machine vision systems. From 2019, a Security Systems Specialist. A practitioner in the design of CCTV systems, access control, intruder and hold-up alarm systems, and intercom communication. On a daily basis, he supports designers with his experience. He has participated in projects such as: SDIP, the S3 road tunnel in Stare Bogaczowice, and the PSIM system at Olsztyn railway station.
MACIEJ PTAK
A qualified telecommunications and IT technician, associated with C&C Partners since 2021, where he serves as a Service Specialist in the Support and Service Department. His day-to-day work focuses on the servicing and maintenance of security systems, in particular video surveillance (CCTV) systems. His responsibilities include diagnosing faults, configuring equipment and optimising system performance — tasks that require both strong technical skills and great attention to detail. He collaborates with clients to deliver high-level technical support. Working in the security industry gives him great satisfaction, as he has a real impact on ensuring safety across a variety of environments — from businesses to public institutions. In his private life, he is passionate about speedway motorsport.
DAWID SKORUPSKI
He joined the C&C Partners team in May 2018 as an Implementation Specialist. On a daily basis, he is responsible for the implementation of systems, with a particular focus on CCTV, carried out across the country in a wide variety of environments — from businesses to public institutions. Outside of work, he is passionate about sport, especially running, as well as new technologies and electronics.
