Dear Client, regular security system maintenance is a new service in the C&C Partners offering, allowing you to choose from individual service options or a package of services.
The C&C Partners engineering team offers a comprehensive component verification process designed to assess the condition of selected security systems, including CCTV, access control, PSIM, intercom and intruder alarm systems.
During the maintenance work, the following software details are checked:
- configuration
- software versions
- event logs
- hardware components:
- drive condition
- battery condition
- physical condition of devices
The result of the maintenance check is a detailed report containing the current system status along with security observations and recommendations for optimising system performance in the client's environment.
