Fiber optic patch cords in a double version, also known as duplex, are sections of optical fiber terminated with connectors on both ends. They are typically manufactured on an inner cable with a diameter of 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, or 2.8 mm. Special cable and conduit are also available.
