The European Congress of Local Governments enables the exchange of views. It is a meeting place for local government leaders, regional elites with representatives of the state administration, non-governmental organizations and business. The President of the Management Board Artur Hejdysz took part in the panel entitled Saving vs. Security - how to deal with the energy crisis, while Wojciech Stroiński was invited to a discussion entitled What investments do local governments need?
