The TKH Group has acquired the German company Nerian
On July 15, TKH acquired 100% of the shares of Nerian, which thus joined our holding group. A vision company based in Stuttgart, Germany, designs and manufactures high-speed stereo vision systems.
Extension of the portfolio of industrial cameras within the TKH group
The addition of Nerian's high-speed 3D camera portfolio to TKH Vision will expand the group's capabilities in both industrial and non-industrial applications. Likewise, Nerian will benefit from the synergies of TKH's larger trading organization and an established supply chain and manufacturing facilities, which will greatly accelerate its ability to gain market share.
Advanced solutions of the Nerian brand are used in particular in areas such as automation, service robotics, autonomous vehicles, logistics, quality assurance and medical technology.
