Integration trip 2025

We traditionally started the meeting with an official presentation of the Management Board, a summary of achievements to date and the presentation of awards to employees who have contributed in a special way to the development of the company in recent months.

The first day was marked by outdoor activities - together we climbed the Gomólnik Mały peak, integrating in a unique, natural setting. We devoted the afternoon to regeneration and relaxation in the hotel SPA zone, and in the evening it was time for a less formal part of the program - a pajama party full of good energy, which allowed us to strengthen relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.

The second day brought a moment of reflection and contact with history - during an organized trip we visited the majestic Grodno Castle, learning about its fascinating past and admiring the views from the tower.

This time together was an opportunity for us not only to rest, but also to build even stronger bonds in the team. Integration, mutual support and positive relationships are the foundations on which we base our daily cooperation.
