During this year's meeting at Brzeźno Palace, we created a space for conversation, reminiscing, and honoring those who have been contributing to C&C Partners for years. A particularly moving moment came from the words of Damian Dopiera, one of our longest-serving employees. His reflections and best wishes, based on his many years of experience, highlighted the values ​​that shape our organization.

Another significant part of the evening was the presentation of awards to employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service. These are individuals who, through their commitment and perseverance, are shaping the history of C&C Partners, contributing to the company's development at every stage. Their presence reminds us that the foundation of an organization is its people – their attitudes, competencies, and daily work.

We concluded the meeting with a shared dinner, which became a natural continuation of the conversations that began during the official portion. The entire evening confirmed that the strength of C&C Partners lies in cooperation, mutual trust and the values ​​that have united us for years.
