TKH Group has just announced the acquisition of JCAI Inc, a leader in aircraft guidance software and hardware. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen CEDD TKH's communications technology offering, expanding its use in airports around the world.

The TKH Group acquired 100% of shares in JCAI Inc.

JCAI Inc, based in Toronto, specializes in providing advanced solutions for airports that enable automatic guidance of aircraft on airport aprons. Using your own software and hardware helps maximize throughput while maintaining the highest security standards. The company is also a pioneer in airport de-icing technologies, offering patented solutions.

The acquisition of JCAI will allow for the merger of:

  • unique possibilities of intelligent airport ground lighting (AGL) from TKH Airport Solutions
  • JCAII traffic control systems

This will strengthen TKH's position as a leader in communication technologies, but will also contribute to further development and innovation in the area of airport services.
